First Time Clients

Due to the high demand of our services, we are rarely able to accommodate walk-ins and therefore we schedule by appointment only.

We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but same day or next day appointments are not always available.

We do not have the facilities to accommodate children. For their safety, and the comfort of our other guests, children are not permitted in the salon. Should you arrive with young children to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule for another day and time that will be convenient with your schedule.

When booking your appointment, please be as detailed as possible about your hair goals so we can match you up with the best stylist for your needs.

We always recommend pre-booking your next appointment (or two) before you leave to ensure you will get the day and time you want with your preferred stylist.

We do book up very quickly, sometimes weeks or months in advance, so we apologize if you may need to wait a bit longer at certain times to get in, but we promise...it will be worth the wait!

We do NOT accept gratuities on credit cards. Any gratuity you would like to leave your stylist must be left in the form of cash or check.

We do require a credit card authorization to reserve any color/texture/extension service appointment. Your credit card will NOT be charged until you receive your service with us. We do not store any credit card information in our system. The information you give us is encrypted and processed through our secure credit card merchant and is for an authorization only. It does NOT charge your credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: We do require 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide proper notice for any color/chemical/extension service will result in a $50 late cancellation or no-show fee.

New Color Clients

Having your hair colored with us for the first time? We do offer complimentary in-salon color consultations.

We recommend scheduling a color consultation before scheduling your actual color appointment so you can be informed on what processes will be needed to achieve your hair goals and to get a better idea of what your investment will be.

We can not give exact pricing over the phone or through email.

Please note: Some color services may require a correction service prior to achieving your desired results. This is a separate charge.
