Update! Salon Closure Extended Past April 6 Likely

It’s looking more like we may have to stay closed longer than we had hoped for. 🙁

As of now, we have contacted everyone that had an appointment scheduled through April 6, 2020 and most have been rescheduled. Thank you all so much for being flexible. 🙂

If your appointment was canceled, and you have not been rescheduled yet, we urge you to use our ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL and check your stylist’s availability with your schedule and book your next appointment as soon as possible to get on the books.

We are filling up quickly due to all the rescheduling and unfortunately you may need to schedule out a bit further than you would like, but unfortunately this is out of our control. We definitely appreciate your understanding at this time. 🙂

Once we do reopen, we will be extending our working hours to help accommodate everyone as best as we can.

We have closed any online bookings until after April 20, 2020 just to be pro-active so we do not have to keep rescheduling everyone. Please know that this is an ESTIMATED date. If we are able to open sooner, we will. If the state tells us we need to stay closed beyond April 20, 2020, we will need to do another round or two of rescheduling. (Let’s hope not!)

For those of you that have appointments scheduled for APRIL 7 – APRIL 20, 2020, we are waiting to hear from Governor DeWine if he is going to lift the Stay At Home order originally in place until April 6, 2020. We will know more at that time, and will be in touch with you if we need to reschedule appointments scheduled April 7 – April 20, 2020.

If you have made multiple appointments into the end of the year, which many of you have, DO NOT WORRY ABOUT RESCHEDULING THEM NOW. We will handle that once we reopen and see you at your next appointment.

We know this is a huge inconvenience but we are all trying to get through this together as best as we can.

Please know we are doing our very best to juggle our business as well as our family/home during this unprecedented crisis. It’s not easy, but we will GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER!
